Loved the delicious à la carte menu with Turkish and Mediterranean dishes, and the outdoor pool surrounded by trees. Kids had fun at the playground while I enjoyed karaoke. Safety first with fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and first aid kit. Coffee shop and room service were convenient. The Lounge Bar had great drinks. The two onsite restaurants offered international cuisine. The sun terrace had stunning mountain views. Free WiFi was a bonus.
Oh, the joy of navigating through the three drunks from Birmingham at the hotel's karaoke night!

The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel are well-maintained and comfortable, perfect for lounging and socializing with other guests. The hotel is also very accessible for senior people, with easy navigation and no stairs to climb. It made me feel safe and secure during my stay.
If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be a little more attentive and proactive in assisting us. Sometimes, I felt like they were busy with their own tasks and didn't prioritize the needs of the older guests.

The breakfast served by the pool was delicious, and the staff went out of their way to cater to our personal preferences. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the beach and close to the main attractions of the town. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.
The breakfast options were limited and didn't offer much variety. The room could have been better maintained, with some areas showing signs of wear and tear.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main canal and entertainment areas. the breakfast is a good example of Turkish cuisine and there is a lot of attention paid to food hygiene.
The hotel is quite old and could use some renovation to refresh the look and feel of the rooms and common areas. the room I stayed in was smaller than expected and there was not much space to move around.

The room at Hotel Mavera was absolutely cozy and comfortable, offering 24-hour room service and a cushy bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The heated floors were a lovely touch, keeping my feet toasty warm during my stay. And the work desk was perfect for my laptop, allowing me to catch up on emails and stay connected effortlessly. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I must admit that I found the pool view from my room a tad underwhelming. However, I understand that others may find it charming and relaxing.
